Gettysburg Foundation & the 24th Michigan Infantry

Save the Flags recently worked with Ranger Dan Welch of Gettysburg National Military Park, providing images and primary source information on the 24th Michigan Infantry and their famous Gettysburg battle flag that resides in our collection. Our thanks to Ranger Welch for his thorough presentation that was given on February 7th as a part of the 2026 Winter Lecture Series.
